Apps Privacy Policy

YogicBaby is a family business run by parents. We take children’s privacy seriously.

This Privacy Policy describes how YogicBaby (owned by Agni Systems & Development Inc) handles information in connection with our kids’ mobile applications, including Tomi & Mimi.

Personal Information

We do not collect personal information from children who use our apps.

• We do not require accounts, sign-in, or registration.
• We do not ask children for names, email addresses, phone numbers, photos, or other personal information.
• We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently received such information, contact us at app@tomimimi.com and we will delete it promptly.

What We Store on the Device

The app may store limited preferences only on your device (for example via UserDefaults / an app group) so the app can work as intended. This may include:

• Music and speech volume settings
• Whether you chose not to see the low-volume reminder again
• Simple local counters used only to decide when to show Apple’s in-app App Store review prompt (such as first launch date and launch count)

This information stays on the device. It is not used for advertising, tracking, or profiling, and it is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Analytics and Advertising

• Our kids’ apps do not include third-party analytics SDKs.
• Our kids’ apps do not include third-party advertising or ad networks.
• We do not use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) for tracking.

Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share children’s personal information with third parties.

Limited network activity may occur only for App Store–related features initiated by a parent (for example, looking up our app’s App Store listing so a parent can leave a review, or showing Apple’s in-app review prompt). That interaction is with Apple, not with advertising or analytics partners.

Support Email

If a parent contacts us for support (for example by emailing app@tomimimi.com), we may receive the email address and any information included in that message. We use that information only to respond to the support request. We do not share it with others unless you ask us to or we are legally required to do so.

Access to settings, support, and rating options in the app is protected by a parental gate.

Location

Our apps do not collect location information from your device.

Links Within Apps

Some apps may include links to our website, the App Store, or information about our other apps. These links are available only in parent sections protected by a parental gate.

In-App Purchases

Our apps do not contain in-app purchases.

Advertising

Our kids’ apps do not contain advertising banners. They may mention our other apps and link to them in parent sections only.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA / Kids Category)

Our apps are designed for children and families. We do not condition a child’s participation on providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary. We do not enable behavioral advertising or third-party tracking in the child experience.
