First of all YogicBaby is a family business and parents themselves, we take privacy very seriously!

This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by YogicBaby (owned by Agni Systems & Development Inc) through our kid mobile applications which as of today is only our Tomi & Mimi application.

Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information about the users of our apps.

We don’t require you to provide any information when using our kid’s apps and we don’t collect, share or use any information about you or your device.
We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly remove the information.
We do collect anonymous usage information to help us improve our services and applications.

If you submit a support request via e-mail, we may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request. We use these information only to provide support to you. We don’t share your email address unless we have your express consent.

Geo-Location

Our apps do not collect information about the location of your mobile device

Links Within Apps

Some apps have external links such as to our website, to the App Store you purchased from, or to our social media profiles to allow you to find out more about our company, our products and services. These links are only available in the “Parents” sections (which require a 3 second hold to get into in most apps).

In-App Purchases

Our apps do not contain any In-App Purchases.

Advertising

Our kids apps don’t contain any advertising banners, but they may contain information about our other apps with links to those apps.
